Birth Days Antenatal Courses was established to help couples become informed and to increase the awareness about labour and to highlight the everyday miracle of giving birth. The more we know about what happens to our bodies and emotions while giving birth the less likely we are to let our fears and anxieties take the experience out of our control. This philosophy is paramount to Birth Days so our classes are designed to provide women and their birth partners with the skills they will find useful in preparing for the birth of their baby.
