Yoga for Pregnancy Class
During your pregnancy, why not take the opportunity to take some time out from your busy lives and to focus positively on this special time. Birth Days offer women the chance to have an enjoyable and relaxing time, whilst improving their physical and emotional well-being, and increasing their chances of a positive birth experience.
Our weekly sessions are informal and small enough to allow teachers to give individual attention to everyone at their various stages of pregnancy.
For many women, attending this course not only helps them to cope with the many discomforts of pregnancy but the social aspect of meeting other pregnant women is also a very welcome part of the class.
