One Day Labour and Birth Preparation Class
With a Birth Days Antenatal Course you can expect the very highest standards of antenatal education. We have developed a 7-hour Labour and Birth Preparation Class that covers topics from late pregnancy to the birth of your baby. We promise not to lecture you, but will use a variety of teaching formats including group discussion, smaller group work and practical active sessions.
Our classes are informal, relaxed, respectful and practical in style, with a comprehensive support pack of the topics covered.
We run classes on a very regular basis, usually on a Saturday making it accessible for couples to attend. It would be an ideal solution for those who find the standard eight week evening courses too much of a commitment on their time. It would also be suitable as a refresher course for your second, or subsequent, baby where perhaps the issues of childcare would need to be considered.
