Please read these Terms and Conditions of Use ('Terms') carefully before using www.birthdays-antenatal.co.uk ('the Website').
In these Terms, 'we', 'us' and 'Birth Days' means Birth Days Antenatal Courses which is the owner of this Website and the Birth Days brand, and 'you' means the user of this Website. We reserve the right to withdraw all or part of the Website at any time.
By using this Website you agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Copyright Statement.
1. Terms applying to bookings with Birth Days
Payment in full is required once we have confirmed your booking with you.
Payment for the 6 week discounted Yoga for Pregnancy class not exchangeable or transferable to other blocks.
If you cancel your course at least 4 weeks before the course date, any payment you have made to Birth Days is fully refundable. If your booking is cancelled within 4 weeks of the start date, any payment you have made to Birth Days is non-refundable. Please contact us using the information detailed on our Contact page in exceptional circumstances.
In the unlikely event a course has to be cancelled, Birth Days guarantee to offer you an alternative course or a full refund of any payment made to us.
When we have confirmed your place on a course, you will be asked to complete a comprehensive questionnaire. Please tell us of any medical condition that could hinder your performance in class. Please complete this, it is important and for your safety. If we do not receive your completed questionnaire we will not be able to accept your booking. If you have no medical conditions please indicate by stating "No medical conditions".
During the course you will be required to practice positions and massage. Please check with your health professional to confirm that you can participate in physical skills practice before booking.
Birth Days do not offer specific medical advice - if you have any concerns about your baby or your medical care please address these to your health professional.
Confidentiality is very important at Birth Days Antenatal Courses. Rest assured that your details will not be disclosed to any third parties. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.
Birth Days, and any other teachers used, are fully insured for your peace of mind.
